You don't necessarily have to buy the Leaf blades and can snap in half a regular razor blade which works perfectly! Moonie recommends 'Feather' blades from Japan, famous for the sharpest blades ever known*

Too heavy for ease of use. Changing the blades is a huge tedious investment of time and difficult; they are too small to handle. Too expensive for the end result. Lovely to look at though.
